Dostich Ads Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Dostich Ads (the "app"), made by Dostich Apps (MITYUKHLYAEV DMITRY VITALIEVICH, Individual Entrepreneur, "we"), accesses, uses, shares, stores, protects, keeps and deletes Google user data. Dostich Ads is a Google Ads reporting and campaign management app used to advertise the mobile apps and websites of Dostich Apps.

1. Data accessed

When a Google Ads account owner gives permission on the Google consent screen, Dostich Ads accesses through the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) the Google Ads accounts that this person already manages:

account, campaign, ad group, ad, asset and keyword settings, budgets and bids;
performance statistics: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value by date, country, device, ad and keyword;
keyword ideas and search volume;
the OAuth access and refresh tokens that let the app call the Google Ads API.

Dostich Ads does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Photos or any other Google service.

2. Data usage

To show advertising reports, tables and charts for our apps and websites.
To make the changes we choose in Google Ads: create campaigns, change budgets and bids, add ad texts, pause ads and keywords.
To keep a log of the changes the app sent to Google Ads.

Google user data is not used for advertising profiles, is not sold, and is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Dostich Ads does not create or edit images.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to any third party. The data is processed only on servers controlled by Dostich Apps. We may disclose data only if the law requires it.

4. Data storage and protection

The data is stored in a database on a server rented by Dostich Apps; it is transferred only over HTTPS.
OAuth tokens are kept only on the server in a file readable only by the app's service account; they are never sent to a web browser and never stored in source code.
Only Dostich Apps team members can open the reports.

5. Data retention and deletion

Advertising statistics are kept for up to 5 years for reporting and then deleted.
OAuth tokens are deleted when permission is removed.
Permission can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To delete all data linked to your Google Account, email support@dostich.com; we delete it within 30 days.

6. Limited Use

Dostich Ads' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Children

Dostich Ads is a business app and is not intended for children.

8. Changes

We will post any change to this Privacy Policy on this page with a new effective date.
